1. Delivery Areas & Coverage

  • Innofurn delivers to most locations within South Africa.
  • Certain remote areas may have limited delivery options or additional charges.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery timeframes vary based on location and product availability.
  • Standard delivery is typically 5-10 business days within major cities.
  • Orders for custom or out-of-stock items may take longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
  • Free delivery may apply to certain locations or promotions (as specified on our website).

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the ground floor of the provided address unless otherwise agreed.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order upon delivery.
  • If no one is available, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Assembly & Installation

7. Damages & Returns

  • If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Orders not received after multiple attempts may be canceled, with applicable fees deducted.
