Our Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding refunds for orders placed at InnoFurn.

At InnoFurn, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, because our furniture is made to order, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged upon delivery or differs significantly from what was ordered.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds will only be considered if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
  • Delays within the delivery window outlined at purchase.
  • Custom furniture pieces.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, production begins, and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
